Big W are selling a very dangerous cat and kitten collars, and based on old negative reviews pointing out some of the problems with it, have continued to do so for multiple years, ignoring the feedback. They even responded to one of the reviewers concerns over a year ago saying they would be in contact, but appears no action was ever taken. And now they have removed the ability to review these products from their web site. I had intended to leave a review for the collar as there is yet another safety issue with these things that no-one has mentioned yet that could easily kill your kitten.

Lack of Service

I experienced poor service when a staff member informed me that the checkout wouldn't be opened. As a result, I had to use the self-service option or, as I chose, I left around $100 worth of clothing behind and walked out. The company at this location really needs to enhance their service.

Truly the most frustrating online service I've encountered.

This is by far the most frustrating online service I have ever dealt with, and that speaks volumes these days. The AI/chatbot is absurd. Every choice I made led to a completely different topic than what I was trying to inquire about. Even when I suggested speaking to a human, it insisted I contact someone during working hours, despite it being those hours at the moment. When prompted for my contact details, I provided them, only to be told it didn't understand, sending me into a loop and suggesting I talk to a human. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO! I followed all instructions, but it became clear that speaking to a human is impossible. The available options are pointless, and with no one to address inquiries, the entire system is utterly ineffective. If the company truly cared about its customers, they would feel embarrassed.

Disappointing experience with the marketplace.

My experience with the marketplace was quite disappointing. My order faced delays, and when it finally arrived, the quality was subpar. The returns process was complicated, time-consuming, and expensive. I won't be ordering from them again. Unfortunately, since the goods are only available through the marketplace, you can't assess the quality before purchasing. It's very frustrating. The service needs to improve!

Frustrating experience with online order pickup

I purchased a product online for pickup, but after waiting several hours for a notification, I received nothing. When I went to the pickup area, I was informed that my order wouldn't be processed until the next day. I ended up canceling the order and buying it in person, only to find out that the refund wouldn't be available in my account for three to four days. This was quite a hassle. I won't be using this service again.

Completely disappointing!

Completely disappointing! First, when you order multiple items, they arrive separately. Then, I received the wrong order addressed to someone else! Every time I try to reach out to the support team, I'm met with an AI that just tells me to log in, even though I already have, and then it disconnects. I placed my order weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived in time for the holiday, plus I ended up with another person's order. It's ridiculous!

Caution: Check Reviews Before Using This Marketplace

Be cautious and read the reviews before using this marketplace. I placed an order on December 3rd, and by December 18th, the seller still hadn't dispatched the item, despite having provided a tracking number to delay inquiries about its location. The courier never received the parcel. While the marketplace processes payments, they take no responsibility for what happens afterward. I would question the claim of having 'Trusted Partners'.

Frustrating experience with incorrect address

I placed an online order but mistakenly entered the wrong address, resulting in $280 worth of items being lost. I contacted support within minutes of placing the order and was told that I couldn't change the address or cancel. I was informed that I would receive something from the postal service to redirect the items, but that was not possible. I was ultimately told there was nothing that could be done. It’s really disappointing, especially since these were Christmas gifts. Other services allow for address changes, so it feels unfair.

The order never arrived, and there was no assistance from the company or the sellers. This is the second consecutive time we've faced a problem with the marketplace. I will not be returning. Avoid this at all costs.

Terrible after-sales support experience

The after-sales support was absolutely terrible. I purchased an LED Christmas tree and, after assembling it, found it wasn't functioning. When I reached out for help, they requested a video as proof, which I provided. However, the excuses began, stating they never received it and asking me to upload again. Eventually, they informed me that they were closing my case. After further complaints, I was directed to another site for uploads, but faced the same issues. Today, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and would forfeit my refund. I truly believed this company had a good reputation. That was my mistake. 😩🤦‍♀️
