I placed an online order but mistakenly entered the wrong address, resulting in $280 worth of items being lost. I contacted support within minutes of placing the order and was told that I couldn't change the address or cancel. I was informed that I would receive something from the postal service to redirect the items, but that was not possible. I was ultimately told there was nothing that could be done. It’s really disappointing, especially since these were Christmas gifts. Other services allow for address changes, so it feels unfair.
