Hidden in their policy it says If they can’t fix your item they will pay value of item BUT they will reduce 20% per year!!! I had a heat pump Tumble dryer that was 5 years old. It was repairable but they didn’t want to pay for the repair as too expensive!! I received £100!!!!! No way enough to replace it!!! I cancelled every appliance I had insured as I will safe £100 in less then 3 months. This company is taking money from many people who think their items are under warranty but will be very disappointed when their item breaks down.

I told this company I didn't want…

I told this company I didn't want insurance, classed as "membership" but they took £99 out of my bank December 1st, unauthorised by me. I had contacted NAC for a gas cooker repair which cost £114 call out and £17 for new part, eventually fixed after a month.Now harrassed by email and phone to pay monthly £10 and finally charged £50 as cancellation fee! Blocked by my bank so good luck with that!
