As a designer I always hate the…

As a designer I always hate the numbers, especially the ones that governments needs it. Lot of complex processes, emails and the days you have to track is super distractive. Values its customers

I had my US company formation with firstbase 2 years ago and i was overall satisfied with the process. Regardless, every modular service being an extra cost was a bit annoying. Last year I’ve seen nonresident which promised a straightforward tax declaration and gave it a shot. Long story short, in a few months after our first interaction I’ve carried all services related to my company to nonresident. Main reason was not price, but the diligent customer service. I have never had a question unanswered more than 24 hours. Considering a simple address change taking 2 weeks with the different service provider, this was the real value for me. Here I feel like a valued customer. Thanks for this.
