While I’ve used Big Whistle twice now…

While I’ve used Big Whistle twice now I’m reluctant to again. I emailed them twice asking about stock updates and have never received a reply. There is however endless emails from their newsletter but no actual correspondence when needed by the consumer. Also the way that they packaged two wooden whistles I recently bought was quite worrying. Just the two whistle manufacturers boxes “wrapped” in a piece of cardboard and covered in tape. No soft packaging or fragile tape that you’d expect. Honestly it felt like no care was taken when consumers are paying good money for these instruments. What was more disappointing is that the wooden whistles came with no directions for care or “breaking them in” which other suppliers often do. Luckily I was able to find this information but it’s lacking from their website or packaging which I think would be really beneficial. With such a great range of whistles and fantastic delivery time I do hope that the above points can be approved upon and Big Whistle can continue to be a great supplier to a niche market.
