All in all "the Vinyl Store" is my top go to shop for anything I am looking for in vinyl records to add to my ever growing collection. There's not enough stars to define the quality of business, so I give them A+++. I'm a frequent happy returning customer and will be their long time fan as long as they are around 🙏🏼

I've been trying to contact this service for weeks through every channel: multiple emails, their online inquiry form, social media, and more, and I still haven't received a reply. I understand the holiday season can be busy, but that doesn’t excuse ignoring customers. All I wanted was to arrange a simple exchange for an unopened item or at least get clarity on a return or refund. The total lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. If there are issues with your order, don’t expect any help. Based on this experience, I would not recommend making a purchase from this seller.

From selecting records to payment, everything is seamless, and they keep you updated on your order from confirmation to delivery. I just started buying vinyl. They won't use the address I provide. I updated the last automated address to the correct one, but during payment processing, it reverted back. They do not respond to email inquiries. We live on a large property, and the address it defaults to belongs to someone we do not communicate with. I will not be returning to this site.
Your response claiming my order was sent to an outdated address is completely false; I have never lived at the address you sent the records to. I have used various payment methods without issue before, and you are the only service that has sent items to the wrong address. You even suggested I contact the courier to correct your mistake. Don’t worry, I won’t be using your service again as I’ve found another seller that gets it right. You may try to deflect blame, but I won't waste my time any further.
I would not buy from here again. My record arrived damaged, and I couldn't return the order. I ordered several records and was disappointed to find that this seller lacks a returns or refund policy. For an online retailer, that's quite alarming—especially since records can arrive warped, damaged, or not as described. I will never order again; they even automatically apply damage insurance to every purchase without a return program (very questionable). Any reputable vinyl retailer should have a clear and fair returns policy and take responsibility for faulty or unwanted items. Avoid this seller. They sent a defective product and refused to issue a refund when I asked to exchange a record I ordered incorrectly, even calling me a ‘Karen.’ Very rude customer service, sent a faulty product, and offered no flexibility to resolve issues. Consider better local options.
I just completed my second order through them. One of the records had a production issue, which was resolved quickly with a few emails, and a replacement is on its way. I couldn't ask for better service. Additionally, their prices are competitive, delivery is prompt, and their range is excellent. I highly recommend this service.
