i made a mistake on my order. Sent 3 email (first two within 1 hour of order). 48 hours later and they are dispatching the wrong item regardless, so I will have to return it. No phone number on the website to contact them.Previous order 2 years ago was fabulous, but I had no need to contact customer service.Later that day…. Upgrading my review to 3 stars as I now heard from the company by email who have said they will endeavour to rectify the situation as they missed my emails. Once the situation is resolved, I’ll be back…Updated. Great whistle and very helpful with my issue.
