We came to sign our documents and pick our room on the 14th of February after a very long two days of packing all our stuff up and the manager on site was fantastic, lovely and really helped us pick a good room. We had issues with the app, so manually helped us with that too.

I contacted the service this Monday when I thought my daughter’s house purchase had fallen through on her moving day, with all her furniture loaded onto the removal van. Fortunately, the sale completed just in time, but I appreciated the sympathy and assistance from the representative in arranging storage at a reasonable price as a backup plan.
Nick was fantastic at keeping in touch to see if we were ready to take a unit. His patience was commendable! He was extremely helpful when we finally arrived, and the cup of tea was a nice touch. The check-in process with another staff member was friendly and efficient.
