3rd and final visit, young James Gray came to check the traps for the last time. Empty as expected, job done! Friendly, professional as always! Not the cheapest but the best. Rentokil offer other services as well as pest control, will use them when needed and if they are half as good as pest control division they will be brilliant!

The operative, David, was excellent. A quibble with the company was that after the first of three visits I received two telephone calls urging me to have more visits. I had already agreed with David to wait until the second visit. It turned out there was only one rat and the third visit was only needed to remove the poison and traps.

Kaitlin from branch 21 came to do the inspection and explained that she is only covering our site temporarily. Kaitlin was fantastic! Very thorough, engaged, polite, knowledgable. She explained what needed to be done, there were some shortcomings on Rentokil's site which she apologised for and was very proactive and rectifying this.
