Purchased one of their gaming chairs for my son's Christmas. The female threads on the chair back are a mismatch for the arm rests, the bolt would not engage with them on one side. We eventually received a replacement.The replacement arrived a few weeks later and lo and behold the five pointed plastic base had a large crack in it when we removed it from the packaging box! So another two weeks waiting on a replacement chair.Finally received another new chair and this time the bolts won't engage with the female threads on the footrest!Honestly an absolute clownshoe of a product.
