Purchased one of their gaming chairs for my son's Christmas. The female threads on the chair back are a mismatch for the arm rests, the bolt would not engage with them on one side. We eventually received a replacement.
The replacement arrived a few weeks later and lo and behold the five pointed plastic base had a large crack in it when we removed it from the packaging box! So another two weeks waiting on a replacement chair.
Finally received another new chair and this time the bolts won't engage with the female threads on the footrest!
Honestly an absolute clownshoe of a product.

My self and wife bought a leaf blower last November and in February this year it stopped working so contacted them and was all good they said just show us were u brought it and we will replace it for u But never got a replacement and never got a response from them and have sent many emails Not a good company trading standards should look in to them
Had a faulty arm gaming chair 7 months old reached out to customer service team who requested pictures and agreed it’s not good after speaking with the after sales team they sent me a new chair very happy with the service and response time.
I'm very disappointed with your after sales as I've tried to contact you on numerous occasions BUT to no success with regards to a replacement glass for my rattan garden table furniture. The glass is black and measurements are 450mm x 450mm. Could you please let me know where I can get a replacementA reply would be appreciated by return.
