I bought a Bigzilla treadmill as well and the remote stoped working. I sent a message to their e-mail and messenger . They responded asking me for my order ID and after I sent it no response. I have sent 4 messages and still nothing. The fact that they don't have a contact number or address is kind of strange. If I would have known that this was going to happen I would have never purchased it.
