Purchased a treadmill from this company through The Range. Bigzzia are quoted as a trusted partner with there products listed on The Ranges' website. The product was faulty at initial use and this resulted in the plastic trim cover melting due to friction, with this burning a patch in my carpet.2 weeks after recording this issue with Biggzia I am still awaiting a responseThe Range have become involved but also have failed to obtain a response.
