Bought a treadmill nearly 3 months ago and registered for warranty, 2 months later the motor does not work. Sent and email on their website through the warranty page, sent an email, a second email and a message on their facebook page and nearly 3 weeks later still no reply from them, what a poorly made product and lack of customer support, their wsebsite has no support page, they dont have a contact number or a managing director when searching on google to contact even. Lots of money down the drain especially when the warranty leaflet that came with the treadmill even had all of the info on. Seems to be lacking in customer service, i am out of options for trying to contact them to have the treadmill looked at, fixed, replaced or anything at this point.
