Instead, I only received an email stating the order was 'sent,' with two buttons directing me back to the webshop. To 'track' my order there, I was instructed to install a shopping app — yet customer service later stated they never ask customers to download any app, revealing a clear lack of internal communication. Almost a week went by with no delivery, no tracking number, and no clear information about the package's whereabouts. Due to the delay, I had to find another gift at the last minute and eventually sought a refund. A very disappointing experience.
