Instead, I received an email saying the order was 'sent,' along with two buttons leading back to the website. To 'track' my order there, I was prompted to install a shopping app — although customer support later claimed they never request customers to download any app, highlighting a significant communication issue within the team. After nearly a week without delivery, a tracking number, or clear updates on the package's status, I had to scramble for another gift at the last minute and ultimately sought a refund. This experience was very disappointing.
