I had a really disappointing experience…I had a really disappointing experience with Bijoux de Mimi at their pop-up event. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely judged and unseen. The customer service was not only rude but invasive as well. They asked personal questions that felt uncomfortable and, when I politely declined to have my photo taken, they questioned me about it in a way that made me feel even more awkward.To make matters worse, the Cosmia Turquoise earrings I previously purchased, which I had never worn in water, started to rust, and the clasp broke after only a few uses. It’s clear that the quality of these pieces doesn't justify the price, and I regret spending my money on them. Definitely won't be returning or recommending this brand to anyone.
