The customer service from the company is extremely disappointing. They are often unresponsive and seem to avoid communication. Their website states that they are not accountable for lost parcels once they are handed to the courier, advising customers to contact the courier directly. This seems to contradict consumer rights. Additionally, they do not allow refunds for cancellations, even when it's their responsibility. Despite the attractive jewelry, they make it very challenging to retrieve your money when issues arise, even if it's not your fault. It is also the business's duty to ensure items reach you.
