This has been the worst experience! I ordered a helmet, but it arrived incomplete with the top part missing. They initially promised an exchange instead of a refund, but later backtracked, claiming there was no proper sign. I made it clear multiple times that it was a present. The whole situation has dragged on since November 30, and now it's December 17. After contacting them repeatedly, they finally acknowledged the issue. There’s a clear lack of integrity and willingness to assist. Customer service has been a disaster, filled with excuses instead of accountability. It's unacceptable!
