Difficult Returns Policy for International Customers

The returns policy is quite frustrating, especially for those outside of Germany. It's not very clear, and the most problematic aspect is the requirement to return items within 14 days. I placed my order before Christmas, and it took 8 days to arrive within Europe. The item was a cycling shoe, and by the time I tried it on an indoor bike and found it slightly too small, I was already a few days past the return deadline. I initiated a return and received a PDF to print. However, I later checked the FAQ, which stated the 14-day return policy. I submitted a support request but was informed that they would not accept the shoes back, even though I had already ordered a larger size from them. Now, I'm left with a nearly €100 shoe that I need to try and sell online. It's absurd. A 14-day return window is too short for international orders. It might work in Germany if you receive items the next day, but with shipping taking 8 days, 14 days is simply too tight. So, while they may offer good prices, it's not worth it if you might need to return clothing that you haven't tried on.

Concerns About Competitive Pricing for a Loyal Customer

As a long-time customer from Lithuania, I've appreciated the great deals and extensive product selection offered. However, I've noticed that prices for many items are now lower in Lithuania, especially with free or very affordable delivery options available domestically. The additional 10 EUR shipping fee to Lithuania makes ordering from abroad less appealing. Consequently, I've shifted most of my purchases to local or nearby EU retailers. If pricing doesn't improve, there's a risk of losing all orders from Lithuania, which would be unfortunate given the excellent service and website. I hope this situation can be addressed soon!

Delivery Issues Persist.

I've faced another issue with delivery. This is my second order in a row from a platform that offers DHL or DPD delivery. I opted for DHL because DPD has been unreliable, only delivering to pickup points despite paying for home delivery. This time, my package arrived via a different service, and once again it was damaged upon arrival. It's frustrating to see that items are going missing during transit, and despite my reports, nothing has changed. The delivery process needs better oversight, as I can't tell who is responsible for handing my package off to the other service. I've adjusted my rating since the seller did respond professionally and resend the missing item.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This has been the worst experience! I ordered a helmet, but it arrived incomplete with the top part missing. They initially promised an exchange instead of a refund, but later backtracked, claiming there was no proper sign. I made it clear multiple times that it was a present. The whole situation has dragged on since November 30, and now it's December 17. After contacting them repeatedly, they finally acknowledged the issue. There’s a clear lack of integrity and willingness to assist. Customer service has been a disaster, filled with excuses instead of accountability. It's unacceptable!

Expired Products Received - Disappointing Service

I received bars that were already past their expiry date, some by several months. It was a serious concern, as I had to pay close attention to the fine print. I sent pictures to the seller, but they didn’t apologize or offer assistance with returning them for a refund or exchange. This experience has been very disappointing, especially since I had to dispose of some expired items. Others I received expire in just 4 or 5 months, which is concerning, and it would be helpful if the product page clearly stated items not usable beyond 6 months. Overall, a terrible experience, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering nutrition here.
