The returns policy is quite frustrating, especially for those outside of Germany. It's not very clear, and the most problematic aspect is the requirement to return items within 14 days. I placed my order before Christmas, and it took 8 days to arrive within Europe. The item was a cycling shoe, and by the time I tried it on an indoor bike and found it slightly too small, I was already a few days past the return deadline. I initiated a return and received a PDF to print. However, I later checked the FAQ, which stated the 14-day return policy. I submitted a support request but was informed that they would not accept the shoes back, even though I had already ordered a larger size from them. Now, I'm left with a nearly €100 shoe that I need to try and sell online. It's absurd. A 14-day return window is too short for international orders. It might work in Germany if you receive items the next day, but with shipping taking 8 days, 14 days is simply too tight. So, while they may offer good prices, it's not worth it if you might need to return clothing that you haven't tried on.
