Extremely poor shipping and customer service. My order was shipped on the 28/7/2021 and is still sitting on a shelf in a DHL warehouse on the 11/8/2021. DHL say the sender has been contacted, Bike24 say they have contacted DHL but the status has not changed for the last week. I confirmed the complete address on 4/8/2021. Please deliver my order.Update 13/8: Just talked to the courier here, order is sitting on a shelf at the other end of the country going nowhere until I called them. Repeatedly assured by Bike24 that this was sorted and the order would be on it's way.
