Their customer support is just awful. 10 days ago I ordered two items, one from Bike24 and one from Aliexpress. The one I ordered from Aliexpress is already at my local post office and the one I ordered from Bike24 is still in Germany waiting to be sent by air transport. I paid 30€ for Bike24 shipping and Aliexpress shipping was free. If it wasn't for that specific handlebar I wouldn't order from Bike24 because of the shipping cost but I said to myself, "at least it will arrive very fast" considering the 30€ shipping fee. I was so wrong. I will do my best to persuade people to order anywhere but Bike24. They are just awful. Also their automated answers when I try to get in touch with them just pissed me off more.
Edit: According to Bike24’s reply; even though you charge your customers 30€ for shipping you cant even provide the service aliexpress does for free. Its just basically proves my point that you are not good at what you do with your annoying answers.
