I ordered motor mounts and other parts for my son's bike, but the hub adapter was missing upon arrival. After emailing with no response, I called and was asked to provide photos to support my claim. I suggested checking inventory for a spare hub adapter, but the representative seemed confused. Eventually, they checked and found they were out of stock without any prior notice. They agreed to issue a credit but abruptly ended the call. I won't be dealing with them again.
