I recently purchased a used BMW from Bikebiz and, unfortunately, the bike broke down on the way home due to a battery issue. While I appreciate the staff's friendliness and professionalism—especially the sales manager who promptly replaced the battery—the overall experience left me disappointed. The biggest issue was the lack of a cooling-off period. Even after just one day of owning the bike, there was no option to return it if unsatisfied with the quality. When I inquired about trading the bike back in, the price offered by Bikebiz was shockingly low, even within a few days of purchase. To my surprise, other dealers like MCA offered a significantly better trade-in value for the same bike I had just bought from Bikebiz.Additionally, Bikebiz seems to maintain a high margin on trade-ins and doesn’t provide much flexibility on discounts or incentives like registration or transfer fees. By comparison, dealers such as Peter Stevens have been more accommodating, offering discounts and including registration and transfer costs as part of the deal. This customer-friendly approach makes a big difference in the overall buying experience. While I’ve been a loyal customer, this experience has definitely influenced my future purchasing decisions. I hope Bikebiz reviews their pricing and trade-in policies to improve customer satisfaction.
