Took my triumph t120 to inquire about selling it big mistake they had the bike in their workshop for about an hour then I was told the bike has too many issues when I asked what the issues were he said it's got a leak which is a straight out lie or this clown thinks chain lube which has flung off is a "leak" when I inspected the sump I cleaned off the lube and now four days later still no "leak".Best that you stop taking people for fools which you should be reported

Really happy with my experience here

Really happy with my experience here! The team was super friendly and actually took the time to explain things without any pressure. Great range of bikes and gear, and the service was spot on. A special shout-out to Abz — absolute legend! Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Definitely my go-to shop from now on.

Before making a decision

Before making a decision, I visited BikeBiz to demo both the MT-07 HO and the MT-09. Surprisingly, the sales guy informed me that I could only demo one bike. What kind of sales policy is that? It was disappointing, but I went ahead and chose to demo the MT-09.Then, things got even worse. The sales guy took my bank card and my international driver’s license, walked away to his desk, and consulted another salesperson. When he returned, he told me that they don’t allow people with international licenses to demo their motorcycles! To add insult to injury, they let a young rider with an L plate demo a Yamaha R150M right in front of me. The inconsistency and unfairness were beyond frustrating. My advice? Walk away from this place and find a dealership that values its customers! If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how poorly they treat existing customers when something goes wrong. For comparison, here’s what other companies have done:#ducati allowed me to test ride their demo bikes just last week.#peterstevens in Melbourne not only let me demo their motorcycles, but they also fully refunded me for a bike I purchased in 2019 due to a rectifier fault.#subaru and #landrover both allowed me to test drive their demo cars before making a purchase with Land rover. These companies are all professional and customer-centric. Something #bikebiz clearly is not.LikeComment

I recently purchased a used BMW from…

I recently purchased a used BMW from Bikebiz and, unfortunately, the bike broke down on the way home due to a battery issue. While I appreciate the staff's friendliness and professionalism—especially the sales manager who promptly replaced the battery—the overall experience left me disappointed. The biggest issue was the lack of a cooling-off period. Even after just one day of owning the bike, there was no option to return it if unsatisfied with the quality. When I inquired about trading the bike back in, the price offered by Bikebiz was shockingly low, even within a few days of purchase. To my surprise, other dealers like MCA offered a significantly better trade-in value for the same bike I had just bought from Bikebiz.Additionally, Bikebiz seems to maintain a high margin on trade-ins and doesn’t provide much flexibility on discounts or incentives like registration or transfer fees. By comparison, dealers such as Peter Stevens have been more accommodating, offering discounts and including registration and transfer costs as part of the deal. This customer-friendly approach makes a big difference in the overall buying experience. While I’ve been a loyal customer, this experience has definitely influenced my future purchasing decisions. I hope Bikebiz reviews their pricing and trade-in policies to improve customer satisfaction.
