Seem super unorganized. Placed an order, status was pending for 6 days before I texted the online support number. Order got put out the next day. However, when I received the order it was missing 50% of the items (even though the packing slip had everything listed). Emailed customer service, after 6 days of no response I again texted the online support number. Have been told I should receive an updated tracking number for the missing item. Price was good but they don't seem to have their business together.
