Ordered a pair of mudguards on January 18th 2026. There has not even been an attempt at delivery to my address, just notifications that my order has been delayed. I've been trying to get my money back for weeks now but they keep stating they won't refund until they get the order back. Absolute worst company I've ever experienced in online shopping. I will be looking at how to claim my money back in other ways.
UPDATE please see their response below. Possibly another month before they are prepared to refund me. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from TradeInn or BikeInn.
