Ordered a set of tyres for my 4 year old. When they arrived they looked nothing like the picture, the tred on the tyres was no where near the size shown on picture. After trying to explain this to them they basically just fobbed me off saying you can return them but at your own cost of £12!! Thats half of what the order is worth so whats the point. Lesson learnt, wont be using again, AVOID!

Decent selection, but shipping costs ruin the experience

The shop offers a reasonable variety of shoes at fair prices, but the exorbitant shipping fees make them more costly than most other places. Additionally, the delivery timelines provided are excessively long (over 2 weeks) and are often not honored, with no explanation given—just automated replies stating that customs clearance could take up to 2 months, which isn't disclosed before ordering. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with a company in a long time, and I plan to return the item upon its arrival while warning others against using this service. Update: The response I received contained inaccurate information. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not an option; you must wait for delivery (if it even arrives). Import duties are quite clear where I live, and my item falls well below the threshold for GST. Currently, there are still no updates on my delivery, and the seller’s only replies are automated messages.

Frustrating Service Experience

The service has been disappointing and unhelpful. This will be my last purchase. I'm extremely frustrated; it’s been two weeks, and I'm still waiting for my tires that were said to be in stock and promised in three days. When I contacted the support team, they told me to check the website for availability. I decided to cancel my order and would rather pay more for timely delivery elsewhere. It's not worth saving a few euros if customer concerns are continually disregarded.

Support is a Joke

The company itself isn't terrible, but their support is laughable. This will be my last purchase from them. I'm extremely frustrated. Order Mishap

I ordered several items on December 1st, with the most crucial being a pair of shoes. The expected delivery was between December 5th and 9th. After three days without updates, I contacted customer service, which only operates via email. Initially, they informed me that one item was out of stock, delaying my order. I followed their suggestion to remove that item, but my order still didn't progress. I kept reaching out for updates, but only received generic responses. As the deadline for gifting approached, I requested express shipping, which went unanswered. Eventually, they sent a tracking code with a delivery date of December 11th, but they removed the shoes from my order without explanation. This experience has been utterly disappointing.

This service has been such a hassle that I regret placing my order. The level of disorganization is astonishing for a modern retailer. They advertised items as 'in stock', took my payment, and then informed me that the products were unavailable. Whether it's mismanagement or outdated systems, it feels like dealing with a company that can't manage its inventory. The response I received felt scripted and avoided accountability. Their proposed solutions were unhelpful: either fix their mistake myself or accept a substitute. A company that can't provide accurate stock information or reliable delivery estimates isn't one I trust. After this experience, I have no intention of ordering from them again and advise others to think carefully before spending their money here.
