I ordered the “Ritchey WCS Zeta GX” wheel set, but the product delivered to me was the lower‑grade “Ritchey Comp Zeta GX”.
The invoice clearly states WCS, and the manufacturer (Ritchey) confirmed that the delivered item is the Comp model.
I have been trying to resolve this issue for more than one month, but I only receive template replies telling me to contact the returns department, even though this is not a return case.
I requested a partial refund for the price difference, but my messages are repeatedly ignored or misrouted.
I also attempted to contact their customer service and other departments, but several of their email servers are not responding at all.
At this point, it has become impossible to resolve the issue through normal customer service channels.
