The medium bike jacked ordered was too small around the neck to fit, as I am not large this was very odd?I put a note in the return slip about this to discuss with them, but all they did was send me a partial refund, calling them hasn't worked so far as they don't seem to answer the phone & their voicemail is full, so am still chasing up on either another jacket or a full refund?
