The medium bike jacked ordered was too small around the neck to fit, as I am not large this was very odd?
I put a note in the return slip about this to discuss with them, but all they did was send me a partial refund, calling them hasn't worked so far as they don't seem to answer the phone & their voicemail is full, so am still chasing up on either another jacket or a full refund?

No real complaints, in all honesty it was a bit of a faff to get the correct size sent out, which initially was my fault ordering the wrong size. Bit of a delay after providing a picture Royal Mail took of the trousers I sent back, which I'll add were originally ordered via Amazon, however after a day or so I received a message to say that the correct size was being sent out, which did arrive 24hr tracked. Jeans appear to be well made, hopefully I don't have to put them to the test for durability. A few negative comments with the same issues I had, that being the delay in sending replacements out but I'm perfectly happy with the way they handled my order.
Dreadful company. They never respond to emails. I had to return an item as wasn't happy with it, they refunded me but deducted a restocking fee which is illegal in the UK. No mention of it on their returns policy, just written on a slip with the product. Ill be reporting to trading standards
Rubbish customer service and awful at replying to emails BUT.....My BGA Velocity water resistant cordura matching jacket and trousers finally arrived 3 weeks after ordering.They're brilliant !! Far exceeding my expectations. Made in Pakistan but I cannot fault the quality and fit !Great kit for a VERY reasonable price !!
They are a total waste of space in received a bike jacket advertised at 100% waterproof that let the rain in through the seams when contacted they said it was a typing error, when trying to return the items they are being very obstructive, I will just bin the items and contact trading standards about miss selling
THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH - purchased jacket which was ok but too big & the wrong colour. Had to pay to return. Then was told not received, but provided return and delivery confirmation. Keep sending automatic message asking what I would like to replace it with!!! I WANT A REFUND BUT NO FURTHER RESPONSE for over 3 weeks!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Why is Amazon letting this scammer to continue seller on their platform??!
Would be 0 stars if possible. Listen to other reviews and stay away from these cowboys. Awful quality gear and extremely oversized, I returned and they then deducted a “restock fee”… this is illegal in the UK so DON’T let them scam you with this… they soon refunded it once trading standards got involved.
Shocking company … prices are decent and the gear is okay but the service is absolutely shocking. I sent back an item and never received a refund until I had to pressure them 2 weeks later. I’m still missing some protective pads which they missed in my order and now they’re ignoring my emails. Don’t use this company, I certainly won’t be using them again. They should be ashamed of themselves.
