My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.I ordered a pair of motorcycle jeans a size larger than I ware by doing this I knew the length would be a little longer however I was prepared to except this. When the jeans arrived later than the advertised delivery times, they would not fit I put a drapers tape around the waistband to find they were not a 34 I am a 32. I requested a return for a refund which the excepted only to be told that I was responsible for the return post cost. This to me was not the response I expected as the goods were not fit for purpose. I have returned the item with a tracked return upon checking they have had the return for 3 days I have let them know that I’ve tracked the item and it’s been received.Now they are asking for a tracking number.Obviously an excuse not to refund my money. SHOCKING CUSTOMER CAREGIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH Not a nice company to deal with
