Ordered a jacket from this seller via Amazon marketplace. Listing promised free returns *for any reason* so felt confident ordering. When item turned out to be too small they then spent 3 weeks doing everything possible to avoid sending out a valid label including twice supplying prepaid labels with invalid barcodes and QR codes and other incorrect details ie weight. In between "first say why you want to return" and "we have sent a label" and "just send it back" which in the end i did at my own expense once i had received their assurance that postage would be refunded. It wasn't. Eventually Amazon stepped in and a full refund was received. Had i ordered direct from the website without the added reassurance you get from Amazon i'd probably be on to Trading Standards by now. Suggest you avoid this company.
