I bought a pair of water proof trousers from this company in January `24 , I wore them for the first time 14th June `24 , the seams opened up at two locations on the front . It was a clear manufacturing fault due to a lack of material at the seam not catching the stitching , I sent a clear photo to the seller . They denied liability as they claim it is over their 3 month return policy even although they advertise a 12 month manufacturing guarantee . They are not responding to my emails although they claim to value customer satisfaction in their adverts , it is a total rejection of my consumer rights . I would not recommend buying from this Company .
Items claimed to have be CE armour are clearly NOT genuine CE armour. The particular jacket I purchased from them that claimed CE approved back armour had a thin (4/5mm) piece of flat foam board with no markings at all on it. When I contacted the business they insisted it is CE armour - which it very obviously is not. They asked me to send the item back but I am holding on to it for Trading Standards. It is very obviously NOT CE armour. The Elbow and shoulder armour looks like a cheaply made copy of CE armour but certainly does not feel like any of the genuine CE armour I have in other garments. These garments are being sold to bikers as protective garments and almost certainly will not give the protection expected. Buy at your own risk. By all means sell non CE gear but dont sell it claiming it to be something it isnt.
