Frustrating end to my parking session

I couldn't end my parking session. The support team suggested restarting my phone, the app, or updating it. I tried all these options, but nothing worked. 'We understand your frustration, but we can't assist further.' I've decided to switch to a different application.

Lack of customer support and persistent issues.

The service has numerous problems with their system, especially with unsubscribing. After unsubscribing, they no longer assist with billing matters or resolving issues caused by their system.

It is nearly impossible to delete my account. Reaching them is also a challenge. Very frustrating experience.

I was overcharged.

I was overcharged. For just two hours of parking, I was billed €61. For assistance, I was directed to a chatbot, and if the issue remained unresolved, their help desk didn’t answer.

I was charged twice

I was charged twice. After countless attempts to reach customer care, they finally confirmed I would be reimbursed. I received an email stating that the refund would take two weeks. It's been two months with no sign of it. When I try to call, they can't assist, and their support is unhelpful and struggles with basic communication.

This feels like a scam

This feels like a scam. Someone opened an account with my old license plate, which I haven't owned in three years, and they started charging me. They claim it's my responsibility to manage my accounts! What accounts? I never created any!

If only I could rate lower...

I used it in Australia, but the app failed to work. There were no alternative payment options. It was evening, and parking was free, yet I received a $111 fine because of the app's failure. Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. This service is a joke. They lead to fines and have no proper support. No city should ever adopt such a poorly designed app for parking regulation.
