I rarely write negative reviews and always try to resolve issues amicably first, but my experience with BikesBooking has been incredibly frustrating.I booked and paid a deposit online. However, when I arrived at the rental shop, my voucher was invalid – the rental company had no record of my booking in their system. This was a very unpleasant situation on my holiday. I was forced to sign a completely new, more expensive contract on-site just to get a vehicle and not beeing stranded. My deposit paid to BikesBooking was not credited.Mistakes happen, but the support experience afterwards was unacceptable. For days, I have been trying to get a refund for the service that wasn't provided. The support team takes weeks to reply and then sends standard copy-paste answers that completely miss the point ("extra services cost extra"), ignoring the fact that the original booking didn't exist.I cannot recommend this service if you want a stress-free holiday.
