I rarely write negative reviews and always try to resolve issues amicably first, but my experience with BikesBooking has been incredibly frustrating.

I booked and paid a deposit online. However, when I arrived at the rental shop, my voucher was invalid – the rental company had no record of my booking in their system. This was a very unpleasant situation on my holiday. I was forced to sign a completely new, more expensive contract on-site just to get a vehicle and not beeing stranded. My deposit paid to BikesBooking was not credited.

Mistakes happen, but the support experience afterwards was unacceptable. For days, I have been trying to get a refund for the service that wasn't provided. The support team takes weeks to reply and then sends standard copy-paste answers that completely miss the point ("extra services cost extra"), ignoring the fact that the original booking didn't exist.

I cannot recommend this service if you want a stress-free holiday.

Honda pcx 125 in fuerteventura. Nice option

We have rented a motorbike during 7 days in fuerteventura and the process has been so eassy. We had the motorbike delivered in the airport and we could left it there. I recommend this service if you want a motorbike in this island.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. I should have checked reviews or ChatGPT before I engaged them. The took €361 from my account just for inquiring. Despite 13 emails. Weeks of assurance from Anton the money would be returned. They've now just ghosted me. If in Marseille contact Road2Luxe directly. They were great.

Booked in a company that was closed and got stranded at the airport.Contacted the support team, who gave me a refund, but holiday was ruined already. Of course had a lot of other things booked around it.

Great experience with Bikes Booking and Albuggy Rent in Olbia! I strongly recommend.We booked 2 Vespas Primavera for one week and had them delivered to our hotel, exactly the scooters that we wanted. Personnel is very friendly and efficient and gave us a lift back to the hotel the day of departure.We spend a perfect holiday and will come back.

The correspondation stopped once we've booked. They can't provide the sevice, but they took the money and for two day I didn't get any answer to my emails.

Scooter booked and paid for. Pickup not available. Replacement small car, not OK for the city. Really bad.BB contacted us immediately to resolve the issue. The fault was with the local rental company. If you have any problems, contact BB!

Incredibly disappointed with this…

Incredibly disappointed with this company. They recalled our reservation the night before the day the motorcycle was reserved. They are rude in their email correspondence and they don’t answer questions you might have about the reservation. This was an stressful experience for me and my wife since we had to find another company to rent a motorcycle from, Stay away from them!
