I've been a customer of Bikes direct since 2017 (I have 3 bikes from them)and cannot recommend them enough. Despite the website being straight outta 1999, their bikes are the best value for your dollar and hold up very well over time. I also really enjoy their customer service. When I lost a very particular pivot bolt for my mountain bike, I inquired about purchasing a new one and was met with a same day response and shipment of my part! Larry was very helpful and rapidly responsive. Overall 13/10 recommend!!
