I have a multi bike policy, but I'm only insuring one bike until summer. Initially, the process was straightforward, and I received my policy promptly. However, the follow-up regarding the other two bikes has been excessive, with numerous emails and calls. One representative assured me my number would be removed from the calling list, yet I received another call the next day. This experience is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
