1. Poor communication. Despite providing full details, I received a direct and upsetting email threatening to cancel my insurance if I didn’t provide information already submitted. I had to rush to respond within their deadline to maintain coverage, yet no apology or explanation was offered. 2. Early cancellation charges exceeded what was stated in the policy document, and after 8 months, no refund was offered. They even suggested I could owe more than the refund. The original cancellation fee was different from what was charged. There was no customer service support, and the sales and administration practices seemed questionable. Overall, not a friendly experience.
