I received an online quote that I was pleased with, covering a motorbike for £156 over 12 months. They processed the payment and confirmed my coverage but needed further information. After providing the details, they informed me they couldn't insure me and refunded £104. This meant I was charged £52 for less than 24 hours of coverage and administrative fees. I'm frustrated that funds were taken for a 2007 motorbike valued at £1500, only to be charged for such a short period. It's quite absurd. As a business owner, I would never treat my customers this way. I cannot recommend this service.
