My experience with this company has been shocking and I would strongly recommend rethinking going with them. Everything was fine until I needed to change my address. Not only did they want to charge an increase in £80 for the change in premium, but they want to charge another £65 in added fees, coming to £145! For comparison my car insurance (Admiral) charged no admin fees, and charged an increase of £55 for the premium for both me and my wife.
Next, when I refused to pay it (considering there's only 6 months remaining) and requested they just cancel the insurance, they charged me an extra £61 for cancelling the policy! Even though I'd paid for a year in advance. Clearly they're not refunding the 6 months remaining either!
So, my warning is this: Bikesure is a viper's nest of hidden fees! Fine if you only need them as a legal insurance requirement, but as soon as you need to do ANYTHING (such as change your address!), they'll hit you with ridiculous admin fees and brokerage fees! It simply isn't worth the risk of using them!
