Bought an expensive bike from Bike Totaal and then moved to another area, phoned up asking if I can get my maintenance package that came with the bike done by another Bike Totaal that is in my new area, and was told simply no, I was expected to take the bike back to the same Bike totaal shop. I emailed the head office stating that I thought this was lousy service and this meant me having to catch several trains and buses to do this, but even they can't be bothered providing me with an explanation as to why, or understand that this is simply not good service to the customer. They just emailed me a sarcastic email in response. Won't buy from Bike Totaal again.
