The customer service was reasonable, but I felt like I was addressed in a condescending manner. The representative was trying to be humorous. Additionally, the cover for the chain was left off the side saddle, which I only realized after getting home, necessitating another trip back on Tuesday, which took half an hour. While I was waiting, I saw him reprimanding the mechanic for checking the wrong pocket in the side saddle, which has two compartments. The mechanic pointed that out, or I might have missed it!

They're consistently quick and very thorough with repairs. Even minor issues I mention are addressed and resolved. The bike rides smoother after the service. Everything is very efficient and fits well into my school drop-off and pick-up schedule.
(I cannot write native Dutch so I will keep it in English) - good and to the point consultation - they don’t push you to buy the most expensive bike (they obviously earn on repairs, which is fair; keep in mind that people need to earn a living) Nothing to add. Thanks!
