I purchased a carbon road bike from BBG, it had a Crack at the top of the fork. They promised a $400 partial rebate to cover part of the replacement cost if I would revise my ebay review from negative to positive. They never sent the refund, and have ghosted me ever since. BUYER BEWARE!

Scratch and Dent product

First bike buying from these guys. Pedro was great to deal with up to and during the transaction. Then I got my brand new Bianchi gravel bike in. A few scratches and dings it came with. A couple of the fairly deep past the paint job. I sent photos, Pedro said, “let me talk to the boss and see what he wants to do. I’ll call you back.” Never heard from him, so waited until the evening and texted him. They want me to the return the bike and they’re NOT going to replace it. He told me I should look elsewhere for a bike. Then told me, “it’s almost impossible to buy a new bike without scratches.” For the price we all pay for bikes they should. After reading their return policy, I am going to keep the bike and have my LBS fill in the damaged areas. I would get my money back, less the following: restocking fee(which is ridiculous), credit card fees, shipping fees. I always stuck with places that do right by me and am going to be looking for a new Road bike next year. It won’t be here. The least the could’ve done was taken some money off the price, switched it out with a non damaged one, gave me some store credit anything to make me feel good about my purchase. Just beware people and if you do order your bike through them: MAKE SURE TO LOOK IT OVER WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT

Bike was received in good condition and well packaged. However, I asked to make sure the bike had pedals. However, they were not included.

Seller said they performed a 100 point…

Seller said they performed a 100 point inspection/certified pre owned but when I received the bike, all it took was one turn of the steerer and it was a disaster,the lower headset bearing was cooked. I had to go to trek dealer and order the parts which is taking forever. The rest of the components arrived as described. 2 stars for the bike being not ride ready as described.
