I received a house call from the representative advising me to switch to a company with a better electric-gas rate (something like £96 per month) on the warning that rates would rise in the new year. I advised him that I would look into it myself, to which he said someone would check in. I said fine. When I did see articles saying the same thing, I went to my current provider and found a better rate, which I signed up to the same day. Since then, I have received text after text about it (I had to opt out to stop receiving them), and four calls. To the first call, I said I had already got a better rate and not to call again. To the second a week later, I said I had already got a better rate and not to call again. Today, a week after that, I received two calls from the same person "Damian". I advised in this call that I had already got a better rate, from whom and how much, and not to call *again*. When I received that fourth call in the evening and he asked how much I was paying now, I had truly had enough. I told Damian that I had already told him how much, and I was confused (actually, furious) as to why he was calling yet again and why he hadn't written it down the first time! I told him that I didn't want to receive a call from them ever again, and nothing of what they offered was worth the borderline harassment I'd received ever since. The next time they call, I will threaten them with a police report -- and I truly mean it. They will harass you.Friend, if you ever get someone from Bill Switchers offering a better deal on your energy, don't say yes and don't give them your details. They will harass you and harass you, and you will never know peace again. 0 stars.Edit: They called me again on 30th Jan, asking about setting me up with a quote. I would advise anyone who has dealings with them to just report them to Action Fraud, because this is harassment.
