I order frequently online, but this has been my worst experience. I ordered board shorts for around $90 AUD on November 22, expected them within 5-7 business days, and now it’s December 7. I've tried multiple tracking apps, and they provide conflicting information, with one showing it hasn't even been processed yet. I'm appalled by this service; the company needs to improve drastically.
