Second, customer service and mind you FOLLOW UP which is most important for clients is bloody poor hey.👎🏽SAVE yourself, DO NOT ORDER from the billabong.au website coz you'll get one of the poorest customer care in Australia in terms of follow through and getting to the bottom of an issue. Thirdly, the local shop in town is better at customer service than this bloody big company. What a shame. P.s cheers to Tahlia who finally took the reins on my issue.
