This service is acting unlawfully. I've been waiting for weeks for a refund from a hotel that was processed through them. They are not releasing my funds and are ignoring my emails. I only received one message asking me to take down a negative review, which is completely justified. Be wary of this service! No response! No refund! I won't use them again!
